An Outdoor-Inspired, Summer Indoor Wedding

Mel and Nick’s August wedding brought the outdoors, indoors at Historic Ashland. The two decided that they wanted to enjoy an indoor ceremony in our climate-controlled Lodge while still having outdoor elements to their big day. Kristi of Wild Indigo actually created an outdoor feel indoors with various greens, branches and timeless decor. Her whimsical feel in her floral design not only elevated our event spaces, but created a timeless feel for years to come. Adding our draping made the space feel romantic + elegant!

One highlight of Nick & Mel’s day was their dog, Lager, who joined us for photos & the ceremony. We love when couples incorporate their fur babies into their wedding! The mix of Indoor & Outdoor at Ashland created a casual and fun evening for the couple to celebrate their wedding with their favorite people!
