A Romantic, Intimate Historic Ashland Micro-Wedding

Micro-Weddings have become a popular celebration for couples that want a small, intimate celebration with all the traditional aspects of a “traditional” wedding. While Historic Ashland Micro-weddings have less people, they certainly do not have any less style, beauty or memories!

Caitlin & Derek’s October 24th micro-wedding was one for the books amongst this crazy, busy wedding season. The couple originally planned to host their micro-wedding outdoors on our patio (like Maggie & Brian last September), but the late Fall weather was just a bit too brisk, so, the couple moved their reception into our heated Lodge. This is the beauty of choosing a space with so much versatility (and a fireplace!)

The couple started their day in our preparation suites and then wed outdoors on our patio before finally inviting guests into a magical, cozy indoor reception for dinner and dancing. Caitlin rented all of her decor from Caroline’s Rentals and then trusted our on-site coordinator, Amanda, to set-up and style- She blew it away, right? (Check our Caitltin’s reaction in the photos below when she walked into her reception!)

Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Pickett!
