); ?>Let me begin by saying that choosing images for this blog was so challenging as literally every single image by Annie Sharp Photography was wedding day perfection. Ashley & Blaine’s August wedding was full of love, fur animals, awesome decor, and a clear-vision executed by an amazing vendor team.
I met Ashley through mutual friends many years ago and when she reached out about getting married at Historic Ashland, not only was I obviously humbled, but so excited as I knew she would plan the ultimate dream outdoor wedding!
Three things I loved most about this wedding was:
1- Their private, intimate wedding ceremony. While Ashley and Blaine’s guest list exceeded well over 100 guests, their outdoor ceremony included just 40 of their closet family and friends. *swoon!!* Their ceremony took place at our stream-side pergola, under hundred year old trees providing some much needed shade from the August sun!
2- Their fur babies- YES! We are a dog friendly wedding venue! Darby, Esme & Ellie almost stole the show from their Mum & Dad!
& Finally, 3- The DECOR! Can you believe that most of the decor was created custom for Ashley & Blaine’s wedding? I mean look at the CHAMPAGNE SEATING CHART (!!!) and hexagon arch for their ceremony- Definitely another *swoon* moment!
